Planned luxury neighborhood caters to multigenerational families in Estrella

A new neighborhood is in the works at master-planned Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear with larger homes catering to high-income multigenerational households.

Harmony at Montecito is a project by homebuilder William Ryan Homes, which has built five separate neighborhoods in Estrella. 

Model homes are currently open and feature four different single-level floor plans ranging from 2,600 to 3,200 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$600,000 range.
