Pinnacle Capital Mortgage turned in a solid year of business in the last 12 months.

Pinnacle Capital Mortgage, a division of Finance of America Mortgage LLC, closed more than $19 billion in mortgage loan volume in 2016.

“As a local lender in Arizona, we have an excellent reputation for closing our clients on time and providing the personal touch that makes for a stress free experience,” said Tim Wikoff, Pinnacle co-manager. “We pride ourselves on being extremely competitive while still building lasting relationships with our clients.”

Pinnacle Capital was founded in January 2008 with the knowledge and efforts of experienced lending professionals, with excellent reputations in the mortgage banking field. With this vast pool of experience, the business has grown quickly to become a true contender in the industry.

Family values are co-managers Tim and Samantha Wikoff’s key to their success. Working together in business is not always easy for a husband and wife but the Wikoff team would have it no other way. They spend every waking minute with their two boys, Caleb and Walker, when they are not hard at work assisting the community with their mortgage needs.

“As parents, you only have limited time to spend with your children and before you know it they are off to college,” said Samantha Wikoff. “That is why when we are not working we are with our kids. We have raised our kids the same way we conduct ourselves in the business world.”

That is by treating others the way they would want to be treated, Ms. Wikoff added.

“We strive to be the best at whatever we are doing, we always tell the truth, and we believe that if you work hard you will be rewarded for your efforts,” she said.

The Wikoffs pride themselves on going back to the way banking should be done. They always meet with their clients in person when the clients are local, they take the extra time to assist their clients to make sure they understand every step of the loan process. Sometimes gathering all the required paperwork can be hard for some clients, so the Wikoffs will help the client by meeting with them and making phone calls to have paperwork sent over.

“We started with Pinnacle Capital Mortgage to offer more personalized service to clients, that was the goal then and the reality now,” Mr. Wikoff said.

A native of Ohio, Mr. Wikoff moved across country in 2000 to start a new life in the Valley of the Sun. He attended Robert Morris College with a major in business. He has more than 14 years experience in the mortgage industry, working in the Northwest Valley market. Mr. Wikoff’s experience in the mortgage industry includes being a branch manager of First Finance, assistant vice president of Johnson Banks Mortgage, regional manager of Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and now senior mortgage advisor/assistant manager of Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Corp. Dedicated to his work and his community, Mr. Wikoff spends the majority of his time between assisting clients and volunteering as a football coach for three different youth teams.

A native of Washington state, Ms. Wikoff moved to Arizona when her father retired after serving in the U.S. Navy. She attended school locally and quickly dove into the mortgage world at the age of 18. She has 15 years experience in the mortgage industry, working in the local market. Ms. Wikoff’s experience includes being a loan processor, mortgage advisor and branch manager. She currently is the only woman branch manager at Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Western Regional Market. She is dedicated to her family and continuing to support and build the team within Pinnacle Capital Mortgage.
