Pinal supervisors choose new chairman

The Pinal Board of Supervisors unanimously voted District 2 Supervisor Mike Goodman as chairman for 2024.

The vote took place at its Dec. 6 meeting.

District 4 Supervisor Jeffrey McClure will serve as  vice chairman, according to a press release from Pinal County.

The terms runs from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.

"I am grateful for the confidence my fellow board members have entrusted in me to serve as chairman of the board over the next year," stated Goodmanin the press release. "My fellow board members and I are committed to enhancing the quality of life for Pinal County residents, and I look forward to seeing all we will accomplish together."
