Pinal County reviewing possible charges in San Tan Valley shooting death

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has submitted charges to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office in connection with shooting death of a man in San Tan Valley.

“We have received a submittal from PCSO on this case and it is currently under review for consideration of potential charges,” stated Mike Pelton, a spokesperson for the county attorney’s office in an email to the Independent.
