Sun City West, AZ. It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Phyllis June Hook who departed on December 23rd, 2023 to be with her Lord Jesus. She was 88 years old. She passed away peacefully in Surprise, Arizona with her family by her side. She will be sorely missed until we meet again. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Hook, her daughter, Linda Sheaffer Tullar, her brother, Merlin Beach, her mother, Nellie Beach and her father Merle Beach. Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Laurie, Teresa and her son Mike and her siblings, Marlys, Allen, Beverly and Gary. Phyllis was a beloved grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, all of whom she cherished. She loved her many friends and extended family and was very much loved by them. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Phyllis’s honor to Hospice of The Valley, 14066 West Waddell Rd, Surprise, Az. 85379.
