SUN CITY WEST - Phyllis Briggs Marshall, of Sun City West, passed away on August 23, 2016, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 2, 1928 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved with her husband to Sun City West in 1988 from Englewood, Colorado. Phyllis is survived by her beloved husband, Charles; children, Charles, Jr., Jennifer, James and John; grandchildren, Jenice, Seth, Melissa, Allison, and Kevin; along with nine great-grandchildren.
