Water slides of various sizes entertained Scottsdale’s children for hours on Saturday, bringing numerous families to McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park.
On Aug. 7, the city’s railroad park hosted an outdoor water event, Slide the Rails, to ring in the end of summer and “slide” into the new school year.
For $10, participants could choose from a handful of inflatable water slides, listen to music and ride the park’s attractions. McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park features a train, a carousel and a large play structure.
