Phoenix seeks nominations for Disability Awards

Deadline is July 31

The city of Phoenix is looking for nominees for its annual Disability Awards and Recognition Event, which will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23.

The deadline for nominations is Thursday, July 31. Nicole Anderson, chair of Phoenix Mayor’s Commission on Disability Issues, which hosts the event, encouraged her members to get the word out for residents to submit nominations.

The nomination form is found at Phoenix.gov/MCDI.
