Phoenix resident beating cancer, hopes to teach others

Phoenix resident Shannon Jacobo chalked up her severe stomach pain to stress.

Jacobo got more bad news after doctors removed 12 inches of her colon. It was discovered she had spots on her liver a few months later due to the cancer spreading.
