Phoenix rent dips for single-family homes

Now may be a better time than in recent months to go after a single-family rental after a recent CoreLogic report said the annual single-family rent growth dipped for Phoenix in March.

The report, released May 16, said Las Vegas and Phoenix saw year-over-year rents decline on single-family homes after rents have reportedly been elevated since March 2020.

U.S. single-family rent growth increased 12.6% in January 2022, CoreLogic said last March. The gain was the fastest year-over-year increase in more than 17 years.
