Phoenix Police receives feedback from new survey system

Phoenix Police scored similar or slightly lower on four key survey questions than cohort cities did on a new survey tool the department is using. A majority of respondents of respondents answered favorably on all four questions, though some were slim majorities.

Another survey system showed that 74% of respondents are satisfied with the department, and the department scored near or above 4 out of 5 stars on three key survey questions, according to data police staff presented to city council on Tuesday.
