Phoenix police need help finding missing man

Phoenix police are looking for Benidicto Madrid, 43, who left a care facility near 7th Street and Euclid Avenue on Nov. 13.

He suffers from a cognitive disability that causes him to become confused, police said.

He is 5-foot-9, 225 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing black basketball shorts, blue sleeveless shirt and black and white jacket, police said.
