Phoenix police have identified three of the four people detained after a pursuit through areas of the West Valley on Tuesday.
Police said Scotty Arnold Hernandez, 22, was the driver behind the wheel of two vehicles used during the pursuit.

He is being charged on two counts each of armed robbery, aggravated assault and stolen vehicle, and one count each of robbery, burglary and unlawful flight from police.
Further, police identified Dosmieke Sinclair, 22, and Alexis Samantha Barragan, 23, as two others who drove with Mr. Hernandez in a blue vehicle. The former is being charged with one count of prohibited possessor/weapons violation while the latter had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear and shoplifting.
Police arrested a third passenger but released that person pending further investigation.
Phoenix Police Department officers from the Mountain View Precinct had located an occupied stolen blue Audi in the area of 24th Street and Indian School Road around 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said they had been searching for it since Feb. 26, when it was taken in an armed robbery near 35th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard. Officers also believed the vehicle was used during a business burglary March 2 near 7th Street and Camelback Road.
Sgt. Jonathan Howard said only Mr. Hernandez is tied to those two crimes. The others have not been connected.
Ground officers attempted to stop the vehicle but the suspects fled, police said. Those officers stopped pursuit and allowed a police helicopter to follow from a distance to minimize the suspect's driving habits.

Police said Mr. Sinclair exited the vehicle in Avondale near Dysart and Buckeye roads. He was later located inside an apartment and arrested after a standoff.
Police said Mr. Hernandez continued to flee until the vehicle began to become disabled near 107th Avenue and Van Buren Street. Police said he abandoned the vehicle in the roadway and stole a woman's truck. Police said Mr. Hernandez used a knife to break the truck's window and force the woman from the vehicle.
He then drove to 17th Avenue and Mountain View Road where he abandoned the stolen truck and attempted to hide inside his residence.
Officers quickly contacted Mr. Hernandez and arrested him without further incident.
