The Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association’s 5th Annual Superhero Saturday Comic, Cosplay and Car Show Festival is coming up.
All proceeds from the $25 registration per car fee goes to support PPSLA charities and the Childhelp Children’s Center of Phoenix. Superhero Saturday features cosplay, vendors, artisans, comic books, and food, plus classic cars, muscle cars, and fan cars from “Jurassic Park,” “Deadpool,” “Ghostbusters” and more.
It all goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 at 9610 N. Metro Parkway West in Phoenix.
Featured guests scheduled to appear include Diamondbacks pitchers Kevin Ginkel and Brandon Pfaadt, Gene Ha, legendary Eisner Award-winning comic artist who has worked for Marvel and DC, and Tony Parker, Eisner Award nominee who has drawn for nearly all major comic companies.
