Phoenix police arrest suspect in Fillmore Street homicide

A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred earlier this month near 22^nd and Fillmore streets, police said.

Thomas Harvey was booked into jail for second-degree murder after police found the body of William Cain, 33, about 8:30 p.m. Sept. 9, according to a release.

Police provided no further details about Cain’s death.
