Phoenix police find 166,000 fentanyl pills in spare tire, arrest woman

Phoenix police arrested a 20-year-old woman this week after discovering 166,000 suspected fentanyl pills in a spare tire, authorities said.

Police were working on an investigation for illegeal drugs on Wednesday, June 29, near 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road when they found the pills.

Alexa Magana, 20, was booked for possession and transportation of narcotic drugs for sale, police said.
