Phoenix PD, 911 dispatchers plan out new headquarters

Phoenix Police Department bureaus are calling dibs on rooms in their new house.

The city of Phoenix last week revealed which bureaus will occupy which floors in the Wells Fargo tower, northwest of First Avenue and Washington Street, which will be the department’s new headquarters and headquarters for 911 dispatch.

First to move in will be 911 dispatchers, who will occupy floors 23-25 in the building next to City Hall by next summer.
