Phoenix office park getting $45M revamp

A Phoenix office park is getting a fresh look.

The office complex — near 24th Street and Camelback Road — is getting a $45 million renovation complete with 30,000-square-feet of new amenity space, a new conference center, restaurant, fitness center and tenant lounge, according to a press release.

One main goal of the revamp is to “transform offices into dynamic hubs that are focused on amenities, connectivity and social” workspaces, the press release stated.
