Phoenix is hiring caseworkers for the city’s Human Services Department.
Those who “are passionate about helping others and serving their community to work with a diverse range of low-income groups and social services programs” are invited to a hiring event from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17.
It will take place at ARIZONA@WORK, 4635 S. Central Ave., Phoenix.
Eligible participants could receive a day-of interview and get a contingent job offer on the spot, city officials said.
Job seekers can apply in advance for an opportunity to secure a same-day interview. Apply online at phoenix.gov/hr/current-jobs search the keyword “caseworker” under Online Job Openings.
Walk-ins are welcome at the event, but availability for same-day interviews is limited.
All applicants who meet the minimum qualifications but are not invited for a day-of interview will be contacted for an interview later, according to the city.
