The Valley could be a hot spot for home real estate again next year as it landed on the top 10 housing spots in the nation for 2025, according to the National Association of Realtors.

The Phoenix metro earned praise according to indicators that range from “lower proportions of locked-in homeowners or lower mortgage” rates, the website stated.

According to this list, Phoenix ranked No. 9 — ahead of San Antonio.
