Phoenix residents interested in learning how the city is performing have an updated online dashboard to dive into.

The City Manager’s Performance Dashboard is now live with 165 metrics across 31 city departments from police to fire to housing to transportation that residents can use to see how the city is working.

“The City Manager’s Performance Dashboard is a window into city operations, providing residents a picture of the performance of departments, programs and services, as well as the overall health of the city,” says Phoenix City Manager Jeff Barton. “We listened to resident input and are providing more information about each metric, reorganizing data to make it easier to navigate, and showing progress toward established long-term goals.”

The dashboard’s initial version was launched in 2022 with 130 metrics across 28 city departments. The additions to the upgrade added metrics for general government, public safety, transportation and infrastructure, neighborhoods and livability, planning, zoning and economic development, and culture and recreation.

Since its initial launch, more than 30,000 unique visitors have checked out the stats. Residents can few the site at phoenix.gov/dashboard
