Phoenix housing market back to normal according to report

Paradise Valley leads in supply, demand

Phoenix Realtors, which serves more than 11,000 real estate professionals across the Valley, recently released the latest market data, with President Andrea Crouch giving perspective to current real estate trends.

The report, primarily covering Phoenix metro, showed a 10.5% increase in median sales price across all residential properties from $410,000 in August 2021 to $453,000 in August 2022.

Crouch said this kind of increase in one year is trending on the normal side from before the pandemic.
