Phoenix highlights accessibility offerings in parks system with more on the way

The city of Phoenix is working to make its public parks system a place for all to play.

The Parks Department staff highlighted to city council April 29 many of the existing accessibility programs available for people with intellectual or physical disabilities and noted more amenities are being added to parks every year.
