Phoenix firefighters part of SRP free pool fence safety cause

Application process remains open until July 5

Summer arrives in less than a week, and swimming is top of mind for children in search of fun and a break from the heat.

To create awareness and keep them safe around water, Child Crisis Arizona has announced the return of the Pool Fence Safety Program in conjunction with Salt River Project and the United Phoenix Firefighters Charities.

UPFC has more than 2,600 members, including firefighters from Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler, Peoria and Glendale.
