Phoenix Esplanade partners with renowned culinary provider for campus offerings

$45 million renovation slated to be complete in June 2024

The ownership team behind the $45 million renovation and enhancement of the Esplanade campus in Phoenix has partnered with DMK Restaurants as its hospitality and culinary provider.

The partnership advances upgrades in progress to four office buildings and the addition of 30,000 square feet of new amenity space to the 1 million-square-foot campus, according to a Thursday press release.

“Nothing has the power to bring people together or brighten your day more than food, putting DMK at the helm of our F&B program instantly elevates a key component of the amenity ecosystem we are developing at the Esplanade,” Robert Marino, Tourmaline Capital Partners vice president of asset management shared in a statement.

DMK has partnered previously with brands across a variety of industries including The Chicago Bears, Morgan Stanley, Virgin Hotels, Vornado Realty & Trust and others. Founded in 2009, DMK is led by David Morton of the Morton’s Steakhouse family.

“Phoenix has been on our wish list for a long time,” Morton stated. “We’re thrilled to be adding to the amenities and services at the Esplanade to provide a unique experience and exceptional dining options.”

DMK’s scope at the Esplanade includes a full-service restaurant and bar, a grab-and-go coffee shop, and marketplace. Also, food and beverage offerings will be available within the property's private tenant network, granting access to an enhanced reservation system, and allowing tenants to have items delivered directly to their offices throughout the campus.

The Esplanade is located in the heart of the Biltmore/Camelback corridor at 2501 E. Camelback Road.

The campus is the hub of professional services, real estate, and legal tenants including CBRE, Merrill Lynch, Cushman & Wakefield, UBS Financial, Gallagher & Kennedy, and others.

Its $45 million renovation and redevelopment is expected to be complete by June of 2024.
