PHOENIX — For the sixth year in a row, Phoenix Children’s was featured in Healthiest Employers “Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America.”
Ranked No. 10 on this year’s list, Phoenix Children’s jumped 16 places in the rankings compared to last year when it was named No. 26. The health system states this ranking reflects its unwavering commitment to supporting its employees’ mental wellbeing and creating a culture that puts wellness at the forefront of all operations.
“Our employees give so much of themselves to care for our community, and they deserve the same level of care and support in return,” stated Monica Singh Uddin, Phoenix Children’s vice president of engagement, culture and wellbeing, in a news release. “From expanding mental health and preventive care resources to supporting working parents, we’re continually evolving to meet the needs of our clinicians and administrative staff.”
