Barrett-Jackson announces a collaboration between Grammy Award-winning rock band Foreigner and the Phoenix Children’s Chorus at the auction company’s “Rock the Block” concert presented by Arizona Lottery Jan. 19 at WestWorld of Scottsdale, 16601 N. Pima Road.

During the live concert, 25 choristers from PCC will take the stage and perform “I Want to Know What Love Is” alongside the legendary group.

“We’re thrilled to host the Phoenix Children’s Chorus for this unique musical fusion during our first-ever ‘Rock the Block’ concert,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “Foreigner has a long history of hosting young choristers at their shows throughout the country, and making a positive impact in our local community has long been a pillar of Barrett-Jackson’s. We’re proud to work with Foreigner and help continue this tradition with the incredibly talented performers from Phoenix Children’s Chorus.”

For the first time in its history, Barrett-Jackson will host this opening-night concert in the auction arena at WestWorld to kick off the nine-day 2024 Scottsdale auction, Jan. 20-28. Foreigner is set to take the stage at 8 p.m. following the opening performance of multi-platinum rock band Night Ranger.

“We are thrilled to perform alongside Foreigner at Barrett-Jackson’s ‘Rock the Block’ concert,” said Troy Meeker, managing artistic director of Phoenix Children’s Chorus. “This collaboration not only showcases the talent and versatility of our choristers but also provides a unique opportunity for our community to come together through the universal language of music.”

As part of their commitment to supporting the arts through their live performances, Foreigner will also make a monetary donation, along with Barrett-Jackson’s matching donation, to support PCC and their mission to build a vibrant community of life-long supporters of the arts who experience impactful transformational moments through singing.

Tickets for “Rock the Block” presented by Arizona Lottery start at $59 and are available at AXS.com and Barrett-Jackson.com.
