Phoenix Children’s Avondale campus hits expansion milestone

PCH: $40M investment will serve 45,000 children annually and bring 164 jobs to Avondale

The Phoenix Children’s Hospital campus in Avondale hit an expansion milestone Monday offering more space for patients in the growing region. 

The specialty and urgent care clinic on Avondale Boulevard and McDowell Road, first opened its doors 10 years ago with 27 clinic rooms. 

But with the recent expansion, the Avondale campus now offers 68 clinic rooms with more providers onsight offering care in 25 subspecialties.
