The Greater Phoenix Chamber is accepting nominations for its 2025 ATHENA Awards program, which recognizes and celebrates the achievements of businesswomen across the Greater Phoenix region.

Nominations are open from now until 5 p.m. Friday, June 27, and can be submitted through the chamber’s website at: www.phoenixchamber.com/athenanominations.

The ATHENA Award recognizes women who demonstrate excellence in professional leadership, community service, and mentorship of future leaders. Each year, the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s ATHENA Awards highlight three local women who demonstrate inspiring leadership within their industry, mentor others throughout their career, and give back to their community.

Over the past 37 years, 71 accomplished Valley businesswomen have earned the title of ATHENA.

The awards recipients will be announced at the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s 38th Annual ATHENA Awards on Nov. 13 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge.

“The Greater Phoenix Chamber has long been at the forefront of recognizing the exceptional achievements of women and their contributions to the Greater Phoenix community,” stated Todd Sanders, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Chamber, in a press release. “We are proud to honor the remarkable accomplishments and impact of local women through the ATHENA Awards, highlighting these inspiring leaders and eagerly anticipating learning more about this year’s nominees.”
