Phoenix celebrates Wallace and Ladmo Way

Iconic Arizona children’s show honored with street renaming in downtown

“The Wallace and Ladmo Show” still has a place in the hearts of many Valley residents, and now it will have a permanent place on the streets of downtown Phoenix with a ceremonial sign for “Wallace and Ladmo Way.”

Phoenix City Council voted unanimously last week to approve the honor for the beloved children’s show that ran for 35 years on KPHO. The sign will be installed at the intersection of First Avenue and McKinley Street.
