Dibble, the Phoenix-based engineering solutions company, announced new leadership promotions.
Vice Presidents Ezra Page and Paul Balch have been promoted to Arizona group leaders within the company.
Group leaders are responsible for technically coaching and developing team leaders and staff in project management and technical proficiency, working toward achieving quality pursuits, designs, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Page will serve as group leader of Pipeline Utilities, overseeing all of Dibble's water, wastewater, and infrastructure rehabilitation projects and staff in Arizona. With a career spanning 24 years, he has successfully managed more than 300 utility (water, wastewater, and infrastructure rehabilitation) projects throughout Arizona.
Balch has been promoted to group leader for Dibble's transportation team. He will oversee all of Dibble's transportation projects in the state. With 25 years of transportation experience, Balch brings knowledge in the design and management of more than 40 miles of arterial projects.
Founded in 1962, Dibble provides services to clients across Arizona, Colorado, and the Southwestern U.S., employes more than 150 team members, and is headquartered in Phoenix.
