Nox Group, a Phoenix-based construction company, is adding RMCI Industrial to its enterprise.
Nox Group provides business strategy for companies, and RMCI is a self-perform general contractor specializing in water, wastewater and industrial projects. RMCI has been serving public and private clients as a construction partner for more than 30 years.
Brett Lytle will be heading RMCI as senior vice president, using his experience of over 17 years working with clients to build large-scale projects.
“Our current focus is growing throughout the Southwest and, in short order, nationwide. Conveyance, and specifically trenchless, will continue to grow as a key strategic growth market for the organization,” Lytle shared in a press release.
This acquisition builds upon a relationship as RMCI and Nox Group have worked together on multiple projects since 2015.
Nox Group is located at 4829 S. 38th St., Phoenix.
