Phoenix bank robber goes to prison

Vivian A. Earle, 42, of Phoenix has been sentenced to nine years in prison after being convicted of five counts of bank robbery.

U.S. District Judge Murray Snow sentenced Earle this week following a conviction on June 30, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Between April and August of 2019, while in Phoenix, Earle robbed five banks, including Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of America, taking more than $34,000, authorities said.

Phoenix bank robber goes to prison

Vivian A. Earle, 42, of Phoenix has been sentenced to nine years in prison after being convicted of five counts of bank robbery.

U.S. District Judge Murray Snow sentenced Earle this week following a conviction on June 30, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Between April and August of 2019, while in Phoenix, Earle robbed five banks, including Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of America, taking more than $34,000, authorities said.

“After the last robbery, a bank customer followed Earle’s vehicle from the parking lot and called 911. Phoenix police responded and followed Earle until they apprehended her,” the release stated.

The FBI and Phoenix Police Department conducted the investigation and assistant U.S. Attorneys handled the prosecution.
