Phoenix Aviation staff highlights accessibility services at Sky Harbor Airport

A Phoenix resident told their council member, Debra Stark, about an app that helps blind and visually impaired people navigate airports and other crowded spaces. Within a month, it was offered at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport free of charge.

“We do listen, we do care, and ultimately it may result in a brand-new accessibility service,” McCullough said.
