The Phoenix area is one of the fastest growing destinations for corporate headquarters in the country, according to a recent CBRE report.
The 2025 report found the Valley of the Sun added 31 corporate headquarters in 2018-24, tied with Houston for the fourth-most among U.S. metro areas. Dallas led with 100, followed by Austin with 81 and Nashville with 35.
“The city offers a diverse portfolio. You can have the suburban environment, downtown feel to a suburban office campus,” Nathan Wright, deputy director of community and economic development told a city subcommittee last week.
