Philip E. Perkins, 68Philip E. Perkins Sr., 68, of Queen Creek, passed away Sept. 4, 2007 in Queen Creek.Mr. Perkins, an RV technician, was born in Elkhart, Ind.Survivors include his sons, Philip E. (Ronni) Perkins II, Drew E. Perkins; sister, Sue (John) Netro, brother, Mark; three grandchildren.Apache Junction Mortuary handled arrangements.
