Phase 2 of Paloma Park in north Peoria appears hazy

Voter-approved funds reallocated, no money in proposed CIP for park after fiscal year 2024

With voter-approved funds having been reallocated and no money planned for the long term, Paloma Park’s phase 2 appears hazy.

A staff report states the funds will be reallocated to “other projects, consistent with the city’s capital improvement program.”
