PetSmart headquarters in Phoenix sells for $110 million

A local real estate company announced the $110 million sale of a prominent commercial building April 1 along the Interstate 17 corridor in north Phoenix.

CBRE Group announced the owner of the PetSmart Corporate Headquarters is changing hands for the first time since August 2011.

The building, at 19601 N. 27th Ave. in Phoenix, has been at that location for the past 23 years.
