Peoria’s biggest community moves into new development phase

Council approves updated Vistancia development agreement

Vistancia in north Peoria has undergone changes in recent years, so officials have updated their development agreement to plan for the future.

The master planned community recently changed ownership to Vistancia Land Holdings, triggering the need to update the document.

Additionally, deadlines have been extended to allow more time for the parties to secure a targeted end user for and to develop the 400-acre commercial core.
