The Peoria Arts and Cultural Festival returns 9 a.m.-3 p.m., March 4, bringing visual art displays, dance routines, theater acts, choir performances, band concerts and more to downtown Peoria near 83rd and Grand avenues.
The city of Peoria and Peoria Unified School District partner on this free event each year to bring students’ artistic talents to the forefront.
The event includes activities for children, food trucks and performances that take place throughout the day from students representing 34 elementary schools and seven high schools.
Interactive activities include an instrument petting zoo, bucket drumming, painting, photography, digital music and more.
