Peoria Unified superintendent receives performance pay

Gets 5% of annual base salary

The Peoria Unified School District governing board unanimously approved a 5% performance-based compensation for Superintendent Jason Reynolds for the 2020-21 school year, June 28.

Board member Beverly Pingerelli was absent.

The maximum amount of performance-based compensation the superintendent may earn is up to 5% of his annual base salary, which is $205,000, according to Reynold’s contract.
