Peoria Unified governing board to discuss enrollment

Peoria Unified School District governing board will discuss enrollment capacity and open enrollment during its Sept. 14 meeting.

PUSD schools in the northern part of the district have been plagued with overcrowding for a few years.

Lake Pleasant Elementary, Sunset Heights Elementary and Liberty High School are at excess capacity for the 2024-25 school year, according to recent counts.
