Peoria store sells $50K Powerball ticket

(Arizona Lottery)

A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was purchased in Peoria for Saturday’s drawing, Arizona Lottery officials said.

The ticket was sold at the Circle K, 8326 W. Union Hills Drive.

The big winner for the June 27 drawing was in Tucson where a ticket sold at a QuikTrip is worth $2 million.
