Peoria Sports Complex to get new $6.3M maintenance building

The Peoria Sports Complex, spring training home to the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners, is getting a new maintenance building.

The Peoria City Council, Sept. 19, approved a contract amendment with Haydon Building Corp to fund and replace the maintenance building for $6.3 million.

This will include construction located at 83rd Avenue and Stadium Way.
