Peoria city officials are shedding some light on proposed plans for Phoenix-based Hyperion Technologies locating in the northern part of the city.

Deputy City Manager Mike Faust gave a presentation at the Sept. 17 council meeting outlining the city’s relationship with the tech company.

Florida-based developer Concept Cos. has looked to purchase and develop land in Five North, the commercial core of Vistancia, with Hyperion as one user.
