After more than 13 years of serving the West Valley, Peoria favorite Haymaker is officially expanding through franchising.
The locally loved restaurant brand announced Thursday it is seeking qualified franchise partners throughout Arizona as it begins the next chapter of growth for the homegrown concept known for its oversized portions, all-day dining menu and nostalgic neighborhood atmosphere.
Founded by restaurateur Joey Lucidi with just $110 in his pocket at opening, Haymaker has grown into a thriving Arizona staple with four Valley locations in north Peoria, Goodyear, Buckeye and south Peoria, a news release states.
