Peoria’s only resort is looking to expand its footprint to include luxury multifamily residential near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Pinnacle Vista Drive.
Cibola Vista Resort & Spa has submitted an application to the city to expand onto a 12.5-acre site directly south of the resort along Pinnacle Vista.
A letter sent to homeowners in the area from Stephanie Watney, a land use planner with Phoenix law firm Withey Morris Baugh that represents the resort, states the project is proposed for 265 resort residences and “ample high-quality amenities commensurate with the expectation of a luxury community, including: a resort-style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, fire pits and seating, equipped BBQ areas, amenity lawn, dog park and wash, and more.”
