Peoria resident's new book chronicles abduction by aliens

Robert Finkle says he was abducted by aliens 50 years ago.

Now, the Peoria resident and author is sharing the story publicly for the first time in his new book, “The Unseen Path,” released April 22.

It was the summer of 1972 in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, and Finkle, who at this point was in his early 20s, was looking forward to watching a movie with his sister, Dolly. He ran to the store to grab snacks, unaware, he said, that his life was about to change forever.
