Keith Dines is 30-year resident of Peoria and president of the Devoted Health Plan of Arizona market, one of the fastest growing Medicare Advantage plans in the US.
The plan launched in Arizona on Oct. 1, 2020, and began enrolling Medicare members during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period that ran from Oct. 15-Dece. 7, 2020.
He said the company spent about 18 months preparing for the launch including hiring team members, building a Maricopa County-wide provider network, and partnering with brokers to market the benefit.
