Peoria to consider 5-story, multifamily mixed-use project near P83

The Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the approval of a new 5-story, 195-unit, multifamily mixed-use project on the southwest corner of 75th Avenue and Paradise Lane.

The board, on July 15, will consider rezoning the 4.18-acre site to the proposed Converge at P83 Planned Area Development.

The proposal, named Converge at P83, includes 2,000 square feet of ground floor retail and a structured parking garage.
